TESDA Romblon Conducts OPCR Validation

On January 14, 2026, Atty. Glenn Niño Sartillo, Director III and TESDA Romblon Provincial Director, spearheaded the validation of the Office Performance Commitment and Review (OPCR) for the province. The session was attended by key officials and representatives from the Provincial Training Center (PTC) Romblon and the Romblon National Institute of Technology (RNIT), marking a decisive step toward enhancing performance accountability and organizational excellence.

During the activity, PD Sartillo highlighted the importance of unified planning and the establishment of data-driven targets. He stressed that these objectives must directly address the evolving skills requirements of the people of Romblon.

The collaborative review allowed PTC Romblon and RNIT to provide vital inputs on training delivery, certification outcomes, and program sustainability, ensuring that all provincial targets remain aligned with TESDA’s mandate of providing accessible, high-quality technical-vocational education and training (TVET).
